Boston Beef House is a custom meat processing plant located in Ontario, Oregon. Our primary focus is butchering and cut and wrapping your beef, pork and lamb. In addition we offer a variety of products for sale including locker beef and hogs. Check out the Retail Meats page for more information. During hunting season we cut and wrap wild game as time permits and make a variety of processed game products.

Attention:

  • Due to overwhelming demand we are heavily overbooked. We are doing everything we can to process as much as possible, we are running at MAXIMUM capacity.
  • Costs are skyrocketing, for example shrink film cost has increased 3 times since December
  • Prices are subject to change

Current lead times:

  • Cattle Processing: 2024 is booked on CATTLE, lots of dates for Pork/Lamb available
  • We do have a waiting list and are getting a lot of cancellations so there is a good chance to get in if you aren't on the schedule

  • Friday 7am - 4:30pm
